Paulie Gee

This episode, we are joined by Paulie Gee, one of my favorite pizzallo. When he is not traveling to his other pizza outposts or checking out the competition, he resides in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, where you can find him at his namesake restaurant. Over the years, of all the guests I have interviewed, his story has resonated with me the most. A story about decades of a life less lived. About finding a new purpose when most people would have sat back and hummed Talking Heads’ “once in a lifetime.” Paulie is a beacon for growth and self discovery. And if you are nice enough, he might just serve you a limoncello and tell you a story.
