Dennis Ngo

This episode we are joined by Houston Native, Dennis Ngo, who caught the culinary bug after moving to New York. While working in a job he did not like, he was inspired to get into the food game by Momofuko Saam Bar and the late night Brit Pop scene. Starting in the dish pit, he dedicated himself to bringing the Vietnamese flavors that he grew up with into the present day. He is now the co-owner of Di An Di, the perpetually busy Greenpoint Brooklyn spot that has been on everyone’s must hit list since the day it opened.
